Anto is one of best squatters in the world all time with 715 at 181 raw and was very close to hitting a 10x body weight total in powerlifting with 1770 at 181! 

Anto is now focused on  serving others through coaching and family in his new home. We discuss his transition from athlete to coach in this episode.
