Typically in a peaking phase you want to bring a lot of intensity to your program while dropping volume that way you can stimulate your nervous system while dropping fatigue so you can perform your best on game day. There are many ways to "skin a cat" this is what coach Gaglione has found works best for him as well as his team members.
